JOB DESCRIPTION

Approaching potential customers (with a priority in the F&B and hotel sectors).
-
Provide client consultation on the company's services, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

Prepare and present price quotes, offering advice on various service packages and associated fees.

Conduct meetings, establish contact, and accurately document customer information in weekly work reports.

Generate comprehensive daily work reports, detailing customer interactions, for management review.

Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and influencers.

Work closely with suppliers, publishers, and other relevant agencies.

Collaborate effectively within the team to develop customer-oriented products.
-
Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS
-
Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising
-
Proven work experience as an Marketing Executive, Marcom Manager or relevant role
-
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
-
Excellent managing, negotiation and presentation abilities
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
