JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Manage E-commerce, B2B, Holiday Rentals, Channel Manager, Booking Engine RMS, CRM, PMS systems of Chiic partner hotels nationwide
Maintain and build relationships with Market Directors, Host Ambassadors in the provinces -
Research, parsing to assess the variable field, booking needs, competitors Revenue manager tracks the factor effects on daily sales
Research and propose upgrading topics to suit the business situation of the hotel. -
Plan, build E-commerce operation plan for each tool
Handling problems during e-commerce operations: discrepancies, overload, overbooking, relocation, revenue leaks, mapping, ...
Upgrade monitoring system of E-commerce Hotels according to Chiic's standards
Completion of the business numbers is just in place.
Supporting goods are hotels
Participate in workshops, seminars for the organization
Participate in hotel, job, and farm-trip surveys
Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance and reporting related KPIs

REQUIREMENTS
-
Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising
-
Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager or relevant role
-
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
-
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
